Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, helping with purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns when appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment by following policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays/fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocks all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the sales floor clean and tidy for customers.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensures proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as needed.
• Uses proper signage as required by the modular standards.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
