Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC seeks a senior leader to run Worldwide Workstation Business Operations & Activation, translating strategy into executable plans and ensuring cross-geo alignment. You will own the integrated WW Workstation business plan, calendar, and cross-functional governance while driving performance across geographies.

Youll lead the activation framework, forecast & budgeting, and partner with Alliances and Sales leadership to align priorities and growth initiatives across NA/LA,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global business management or related tech operations.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WW Workstation Operations & Activation team across NA/LA, EMEA, AP, and PRC.
• Drive the global activation framework, planning standards and KPIs.
• Own the integrated WW Workstation business plan and calendar.
• Lead forecast and outlook processes with Finance and Geo Leadership.
• Drive performance management and recovery actions where needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Run monthly and quarterly business and activation reviews.
