Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Webinar Program Manager in Canada (remote) to own the webinar calendar across regions, drive AI-enabled automation, and ensure sessions are practitioner-first with strong post-session reporting.

You will collaborate with demand generation and product marketing to shape topics, manage presenters, and promote sessions, delivering measurable impact on pipeline while expanding language coverage and formats.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
• Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar calendar across multiple regions.
• Hands-on with a webinar platform and CRM campaigns.
• Brief technical presenters and manage session quality.
• AI in work: automations or agentic workflows.
• Strong data skills to build trusted program readouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the webinar calendar end-to-end: scheduling, pages, campaigns, delivery, follow-up and on-demand.
• Maintain practitioner-first sessions; brief presenters and shape useful outlines.
• Use data to guide topic planning and quarterly alignment with demand gen and product marketing.
• Automate session setup, promotion, and repurpose recordings into new content.
• Report post-session results and connect to product adoption and pipeline.
• Expand program reach into additional languages and formats.
