Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Significant experience with finance operations and transformation.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and automation.
• Ability to standardize processes and redesign operating models.
• Strong leadership to mentor and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance operations across receivable, payable, payroll, procurement and deal governance.
• Ensure accurate financial processing, internal controls, and policy compliance.
• Lead deal structuring, pricing strategy and commercial terms for revenue optimization.
• Drive transformation with automation, AI, and process improvement.
• Grow teams, develop leaders, and foster collaboration and excellence.
