State Street is seeking an experienced AVP for Corporate Audit to lead audits across Global Treasury, covering liquidity risk, interest rate risk in the banking book, and investment governance. The role requires strong audit leadership and knowledge of Treasury risk management to guide testing, evidence gathering, and regulatory reporting.

The successful candidate will manage audit teams, review work for quality, and communicate conclusions to senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years in internal audit or Global Treasury.
• Experience leading large audit engagements.
• CPA/CIA/CFA designation or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex audits across Global Treasury, from planning to final reporting.
• Direct audit teams, set expectations, monitor delivery, and coach staff.
• Plan controls testing, walkthroughs, sampling, and evidence evaluation.
• Evaluate Treasury processes against regulatory requirements and risk limits.
• Communicate status and findings to audit management with concrete solutions.
