Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Customs Analyst in Markham, Ontario, to drive compliant cross-border movement of goods and support data-driven insights across warehousing and logistics. Qualifications

• Education: College degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in customs compliance, logistics, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in North America cross-border environment.
• Strong knowledge of CBP, CBSA, USMCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure imports/exports compliance with US, Canada, and Mexico regulations.
• Analyze shipments data and classify products with HS codes.
• Prepare and validate customs documentation (invoices, COO).
• Collaborate with customs brokers and government agencies (e.g., CBP, CBSA).
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement actions.
• Manage cross-border shipments and coordinate with carriers/3PLs.
• Maintain trade compliance master data in SAP; drive standardization.
