Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Customs Import-Export, Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support the Integrated Supply Chain. This on-site role collaborates with customs brokers, shipping & receiving teams, and stores to ensure timely material movement, accurate documentation, and inventory control.

The position requires CGP and CSP eligibility, a post-secondary background in relevant fields, and a minimum of 3 years in materials management, logistics, or trade compliance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in materials management, logistics, stores, receiving, shipping, warehousing, or trade compliance.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical stores tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support import/export activities and regulatory compliance.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify paperwork.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain ERP records and perform inventory transactions.
• Provide vacation/absence coverage across Customs, Shipping & Receiving, and Stores.
• Identify process improvements to reduce delays and errors.
