Job summary

Husky TechnologiesTM in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager with extensive global trade compliance experience. The role oversees export controls, sanctions, and customs compliance across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, aligning with our Legal department.

The successful candidate will lead ERP integration projects, standardize product classification, and drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global trade compliance experience including export controls, sanctions, and customs.
• Deep knowledge of U.S., EU, and Canadian export laws; multi-jurisdictional experience is an asset.
• Track record managing large ERP integration projects in a multinational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Law, or Supply Chain; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder‑communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of global trade compliance initiatives and ERP integrations.
• Establish governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting for compliance programs.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and consistent deployment.
• Develop and maintain processes for classification, licensing, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement using digital tools and automation for monitoring.
• Support investigations and disclosures as needed.
