As a Global Technical Performance Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our service delivery processes. Your responsibilities will span various areas, including enabling operational excellence, regulatory compliance, performance oversight, and optimizing service processes.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Service Technology Diagnostics, and is part of the Global Service Support and Development team located in Concord, Ontario, Canada. It is an on-site role.
