As a Global Technical Performance Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our service delivery processes. Your responsibilities will span various areas, including enabling operational excellence, regulatory compliance, performance oversight, and optimizing service processes.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Service Technology Diagnostics, and is part of the Global Service Support and Development team located in Concord, Ontario, Canada. It is an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Participate in responsibilities, influence, and emphasize the importance of the Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and report, maintain accurate databases, standardize processes, conduct statistical analysis & utilize tools, drive process improvement, ensure data quality compliance, and leverage data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with a geographically distributed, high-performing team with varying technical backgrounds and skills to proactively optimize service metrics and achieve organizational goals.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor of Science Degree, or higher, in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of experience working with databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL), visualization tools (PowerBI), and building data science models with Python, including data cleaning, joining, and reporting.
• Ability to establish and track KPIs and reporting relevant to customer satisfaction and service performance, and communicate performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and deviations.
• Conduct statistical analyses and standardization methods to evaluate operational performance, identify patterns, outliers, and areas for improvement. Lead investigations with technical experts to determine root causes of performance gaps and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and regulations related to data quality and usage. Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data analysis.
• Support development and implementation of new data strategies, tools, and digital solutions to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting for service operational performance.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements

• Ability to travel approximately 5%, overnight, within Canada and the United States.
• Must have a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, Dynamics365.
• Experience with deploying data-driven insights using enterprise AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or similar cloud environments.
