Job summary

Rodeo FX is seeking a Head of Technology Resource Management to bring data‑driven discipline to our global technology infrastructure across all affiliated studios. You will lead capacity planning, workload optimization, and resource forecasting across the group’s compute, storage, network, and archival environments.

• Bilingual English & French required; strong communication across teams.
• 8+ years in technical leadership within VFX/animation or render farm environments.
• Deep expertise in compute, storage, network, and cloud infrastructure with cost awareness.

• Optimize infrastructure performance, utilization, and cost at scale.
