Netflix is seeking a seasoned N-Tech Manager, Technology Systems and Operations (Creative Tech) based in Vancouver. You will lead strategic tech support for Games and VFX studios worldwide, drive automation, refine support models, and manage internal teams and MSPs to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience managing technical operations or technology support in Games, VFX, animation, or similar production environments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a technology operations strategy that enhances production efficiency and supports growth.
Lead and develop a high-performing TSOS team, setting clear goals and metrics.
Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and proactive service improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to standardize processes and drive automation.
Implement scalable, secure, and ITSM-aligned workflows across global studios.
