Job summary

BRP is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Coordinator to support the development and deployment of supplier risk management processes. You will contribute to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could affect BRP's global operations and resilience of the supply chain.

Reporting to the Manager - Performance and Risk Management, you will collaborate with category managers, develop dashboards, monitor indicators, and support decision-making across procurement, risk, and supplier selection.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Fluent in English; ability to collaborate with international suppliers.
• Strong understanding of supply chain risks (financial, operational, geopolitical, regulatory, ESG).
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and risk management tools.
• Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess procurement-related risks across global supplier networks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, dashboards and indicators for visibility.
• Collaborate with category managers to define and monitor mitigation plans.
• Support crisis management and business continuity during incidents.
• Establish and evolve supplier risk management processes and compliance monitoring.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support procurement decisions.
