Job summary

Profound Medical is seeking a seasoned Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics to oversee day-to-day logistics, procurement and inventory controls to support global operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage ERP modules, and ensure material availability to meet revenue targets.

This role requires 8+ years in Logistics/Supply Chain, with preference for medical device experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership capabilities to build and scale the function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Logistics/Supply Chain, in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience in medical devices or highly regulated sectors preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or supply chain.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory control to maximize cash flow.
• Oversee ERP modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management) and ensure data integrity.
• Drive cost reductions and implement compliance with import/export regulations.
