Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management for events or AV production.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple small teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close small to medium-scale PixMob activations for international pro sports events.
• Develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage equipment logistics.
• Oversee on-site personnel and ensure clear communication with clients.
• Prepare post-event reports and budget reconciliations.
