Job summary

PixMob, Montreal-based maker of magical live-event experiences, seeks an Internal Comms & Employee Experience Specialist to strengthen culture and engagement across a hybrid workforce. You will craft compelling internal content, shape the employer brand, and orchestrate events that celebrate our people and values.

You will partner with Marketing to highlight behind-the-scenes life at PixMob, design annual engagement programs, and ensure timely, clear communications across channels.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Communications, Marketing, HR, or Event Management.
• Community builder with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability.
• Strategic thinker who can roll up sleeves for hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and promote PixMob's EVP and employer brand in collaboration with Marketing.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs, recognition, and growth initiatives.
• Plan and manage internal events and experiences for a hybrid workforce.
• Own internal communications calendar and translate complex updates into engaging content.
