Job summary

Celestica's Global Supply Chain organization seeks a Segment Lead Manager to own end-to-end processes for Product Design data setup, BOM sourcing and pricing for bids and Source Plan Management for New Awards, Engineering Changes, Value Engineering, Material Value Proposals, and Re-Pricings, supporting the Healthtech segment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with electronic and build to print components, cost drivers and competitiveness.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM/MES systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of professionals providing guidance and coaching as needed to meet objectives.
• Deliver competitive material pricing solutions across the full life cycle of a group of products.
• Help increase win rate for incremental and replacement business quotes.
• Improve profitability in this segment.
