Job summary
Sophos seeks a Global Solutions Engineer to provide senior technical leadership across MSSP and AI security solutions. You will design, demos, and proofs of value with partners, leading architecture workshops and hands-on labs to scale managed security services.
You will mentor Sales Engineers, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and represent Sophos in customer briefings and events. Travel up to 50% across North America and internationally.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in solutions engineering, security architecture, or MSSP-related roles.
- Strong ability to lead executive-level technical conversations.
- Experience building labs, demos, and proofs of value for partners.
- Familiarity with MSSP business and repeatable service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, design, architecture workshops, and demos with MSSP partners.
- Design and scale managed security services using Sophos Fusion and related portfolio.
- Mentor Sales Engineers and partner engineers across regions.
- Act as a global subject matter expert for Sophos AI security solutions.
- Travel up to 50% across North America and internationally.
