The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Global Reservations Agent to join our dynamic customer service team.

As a primary point of contact for prospective and returning guests, you will play a critical role in personalizing their luxury travel experiences.

This includes promoting our award-winning river and ocean cruises, tailoring travel packages, and managing all booking elements with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to guests and travel partners, showcasing our global cruise offerings.

Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat to guide them through their booking journey.

Create and manage reservations, including cruise itineraries, flights, accommodations, and pre / post-cruise extensions.

Build strong relationships with guests and nurture long-term client loyalty.

Demonstrate agility and problem-solving skills when addressing guest changes or special requests.

Collaborate with international colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Consistently meet individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

Requirements Positive can-do attitude A passion for travel and an appreciation for luxury experiences Previous experience in sales or customer service (travel industry experience is a plus) Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual environment Quick adaptability to new systems and processes; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus Experience working in a home office or remote environment preferred Work Schedule & Location Must be available to work shifts scheduled between 6 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM PST / 9 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM EST This position is open to applicants who are located andlegally eligible to work in Canada.
