• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant technical, scientific, or engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership managing R&D or product innovation teams.
• Strong business & technical acumen with strategic, hands-on problem-solving mindset.

• Define and execute a long-term innovation strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead and mentor large teams of engineers, delivery managers, and SMEs.
