Job summary

Kongsberg Discovery Canada Ltd. in St. John’s, NL, is seeking a highly organized Project Operations Coordinator to join our team.

You’ll support day-to-day operations, coordinate with accounting teams in Lynnwood and Vancouver, and ensure accurate reporting for the Kongsberg Discovery business. This hands-on role combines administration, operations, purchasing, finance support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with an ERP system; purchasing or AR/AP is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the St Johns office.
• Prepare quotations and process POs and SOs.
• Collaborate with Sales & Service Administrator for orders.
• Reconcile employee hours in AX ERP.
• Provide professional phone and customer support.
• Assist with audits and strengthen operational processes.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Accounting, Sales and suppliers.
• Provide logistical support for Project and Sales teams.
