Job summary
PSP Investments in Montreal invites a Senior Manager, Pensions and Benefits to lead the evolution of our global retirement and benefits programs. You will partner with HR, finance and external vendors to ensure competitive offerings across jurisdictions and compliant, sustainable solutions.
The role requires 10+ years in benefits, 3–5 years in leadership, and bilingual English/French. You’ll oversee budgets, drive program optimization, and build a high-performing team while shaping PSP’s total
Qualifications
- 10+ years benefits management experience
- 3–5 years leadership experience
- Global benefits programs knowledge
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment with autonomy
Responsibilities
- Evolve and optimize pension and benefits programs across jurisdictions
- Implement and manage employee pension and benefits programs with compliance
- Monitor budgets and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead and develop a team of benefits professionals
- Coordinate with external vendors and pension committees
- Lead communications for pension and benefits with HR and internal teams
- Anticipate regulatory changes and adjust programs accordingly
- Advise HR on pension and benefits issues
