Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Toronto is seeking a Global Oncology Market Access Co-op for a yearlong program beginning in fall 2026 and ending fall 2027. You will support launch and pipeline access activities across oncology assets and collaborate with key global teams.

The role offers hands-on experience in health economics, market access planning, and tool development within a global and cross-functional environment, with proximity to regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor, Graduate degree or PhD in an appropriate field (Science, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Public Health).
• Achieved strong academic performances
• You should demonstrate excellent time leadership skills and attention to detail
• Strong familiarity with word, excel, and PowerPoint software
• Outstanding communication (written and oral) and strong social skills
• You should work independently and demonstrate high motivation to surpass expectations

J&J IM Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Oncology Therapeutic Area, is recruiting for a Global Oncology Market Access Co-op, based in Toronto, ON. This will be a yearlong co-op beginning in the fall of 2026 and ending fall 2027.

What does the role entail?

This role is focused on various assets in Oncology. You will have the opportunity to support launch and/or pipeline indications for these assets.

As a Global Oncology Market Access Co-op Associate, you will:

• Be responsible for supporting global health economics and market access tactical plans for our oncology brands/portfolio
• Develop and maintain tools and resources critical to enable effective execution of Global market access strategies
• Define and develop tools to improve efficiency in processes and communications with internal partners
• Conduct literature searches and synthesize clinical / real-world data

Here are the education and experiences we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor, Graduate degree or PhD in an appropriate field (Science, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Public Health).

Applicable pay range:

$22.00/hr to $32.00/hr

• The base pay for this position is Second Year $22.00/hr, Third Year $23.50/hr, Fourth Year $24.50/hr, Master's degree $27.00/hr.
