Job summary

Worley is hiring a Global Process Owner (GPO) – Materials Management to lead the design, governance, standardization, optimization, and global adoption of Worley's end-to-end Materials Management process across all geographies, business units, and projects. The role drives global standards for material planning, forecast accuracy, data governance and visibility, and the integration of digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of EPC delivery, materials management or related leadership.
• Experience managing complex materials programs across large capital projects.
• Deep understanding of engineering deliverables, MTO, procurement, expediting, logistics, warehousing, and construction execution.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and transformational initiatives.
• Proven success leading global, multicultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global end-to-end Materials Management process.
• Develop and continuously improve global standards, workflows, and work Instructions.
• Establish a common global operating model for materials management.
• Define roles, responsibilities, interfaces, and process governance across regions.
• Lead materials planning, MTO/PMTO management, and spool/steel management.
• Ensure governance of material requirements from engineering through construction.
• Drive forecast accuracy and reduce shortages and excess inventory.
• Advance early planning for project readiness and AWP objectives.
• Serve as business owner for MM systems and digital solutions.
• Establish data governance and integrate Engineering, ERM, and procurement systems.
• Lead automation, dashboards, analytics, and real-time material visibility initiatives.
• Partner with IT and Digital teams for future-state capabilities.
• Provide leadership to project teams globally and resolve complex issues.
