Job summary

InVision Staffing Services Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Maintenance & Reliability to maximize equipment availability and efficiency in a global manufacturing setting. You will lead the maintenance and tooling teams, plan preventive programs, and drive CI across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

You will manage budgets, supplier relationships, and health & safety compliance while coordinating with production and other departments to meet schedules and product launches.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5+ years leading maintenance/technical teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of the Maintenance & Tooling function and team.
• Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of machinery to support launches.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and drive reliability, productivity, and cost improvements.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, parts inventory, and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory standards.
