Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6-9 years of related experience in talent management, learning and development, HR programs, or organizational development.
• Experience supporting global talent or learning initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end performance management cycle.
• Maintain performance resources and multilingual materials.
• Monitor participation, completion rates, and system adoption.
• Prepare communications and resources for leaders and employees.
• Assist with global succession planning and analytics.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations.
