RBC Capital Markets is seeking a proactive KYC Refresh/QC Analyst based in Bedford, Canada. You will perform global KYC due diligence and refresh reviews, ensuring regulatory alignment and data quality.

The role requires coordinating with Front Office and Compliance to resolve issues and maintain timely processes across regions. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of KYC/AML experience, strong Excel/SharePoint skills, and familiarity with Fenergo and trading systems.

Qualificações

• 1-2+ years of KYC/AML experience with a financial institution or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements (IIROC, FINTRAC, FINRA, FCA, OFSI, IRS).
• Familiarity with capital markets products and trading/settlement systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Global KYC Refresh due diligence and reviews for RBCCM in line with regulatory requirements.
• Act as SME on KYC policies for Canada, US, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Front Office and escalate high-risk issues.
• Perform 4-eye QC reviews to ensure data quality and compliance across North America and EMEA.
