Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in equity plans or tax advisory.
• Strong client service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries relating to the Global Intelligence platform and service with timely, accurate information.
• Build expert understanding of Shareworks tax tool functionality to support client compliance.
• Support client engagement, adoption, and ongoing usage of the platform.
• Assist with projects including outreach, usage analysis, and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain client-facing and internal guidance materials.
