Qualifications

• Experience in equity plan management/administration is desirable.
• Strong client service mindset with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries relating to the Global Intelligence platform and Shareworks tax tool functionality.
• Develop expert understanding of the Global Intelligence platform to support clients’ share plan compliance.
• Support initiatives to increase client engagement and ongoing usage of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on tax and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to client materials and adoption campaigns with accurate insights.
