Job summary

Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, seeks a Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will drive multi-year projections, build advanced models, and partner with product, sales, and corporate functions to steer growth.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in FP&A with CPA/MBA, exceptional modeling and presentation skills, and a track record of guiding exec decisions in a global, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA or legacy CA, CMA or CGA), CFA, or MBA.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related corporate finance experience.
• Experience leading teams and presenting to executives.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build an enterprise-wide planning process across units and regions.
• Develop financial models and scenarios for multi-year projections.
• Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and modeling.
• Manage management reporting and communicate key insights to leadership.
• Support Board reporting and investor communications.
• Deliver actionable insights to influence priorities and resource allocation.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; foster cross-functional partnerships.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled analytics in FP&A.
