Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• CPA, CMA, CGA, CFA, or MBA designation.
• 10+ years FP&A or related senior experience.
• Experience leading teams.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build an enterprise-wide planning process across business units and regions to drive objectives and long-term growth.
• Develop financial models and scenarios for multi-year projections and strategic investments.
• Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling to support decisions.
• Manage management reporting; analyze results and communicate key messages to senior leadership.
• Support Board reporting, executive presentations, and investor communications.
• Deliver actionable insights to influence investments, resources, pricing, and growth.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; foster partnerships with Product, Sales, and other teams.
