Job summary

Sun Life is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to support global executive compensation programs, including incentive design, administration and communication, and analytics. You will interact with senior leaders and contribute to the Management Proxy Circular disclosures.

The role involves benchmarking, statistical analysis, and collaboration with HRIS (Workday) and external surveys, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to influence executive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for executive compensation programs.
• Lead or participate in market research and benchmarking activities.
• Analyze and report on compensation governance best practices.
• Perform complex research and reporting using HRIS, primarily Workday.
• Support senior management and Board reporting materials.
• Lead or participate in compensation projects from planning to implementation.
• Handle complex inquiries from business partners.
