Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Tradeshows, Events & Sponsorships Specialist to plan, organize, and execute global events, sponsorships, and memberships. You will ensure brand consistency, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across international events.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to travel up to ~40% of the time to support major tradeshows and customer events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow management, or sponsorship management.
• Experience managing large-scale events, conferences, or tradeshows in a professional environment.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of the annual Events and Sponsorships calendar, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Coordinate and execute all phases of event management, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event activities.
• Negotiate contracts with event organizers, venues, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage event logistics, schedules, customer meetings, registrations, invitations, executive briefing materials, and promotional items.
• Collaborate with internal tradeshow teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
• Travel internationally to support major tradeshows, conferences, and customer events.
• Support marketing communications initiatives, including brand positioning, campaigns, product launches, advertising, promotional activities, and virtual and in-person events.
• Measure and report event performance, including ROI, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
