Job summary

Acculogic Inc. in Markham, Ontario, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Electrical Test division with hands-on technical leadership and strategic oversight of automation projects, product development, and customer-driven customization.

You will supervise approx. 12 engineers, enforce stage-gate PM, collaborate with sales/marketing to define roadmaps, and ensure robust documentation. Occasional remote flexibility but primarily on site in Markham.

Qualifications

7+ years in electrical test with automated test equipment knowledge.
Knowledge of test instrumentation and transmission line design.
Experience with electronics, PCB design, and motion control systems.
5+ years of management experience in manufacturing.
Not a remote position, but occasional remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

Lead and build a high-performing, diverse engineering team with clear performance metrics.
Drive project management through stage-gate processes to meet customer and tech roadmap goals.
Provide agile leadership to adjust schedules based on manufacturing needs and customer requirements.
Support customers with technical assistance remotely or onsite for new and existing products.
Own engineering documentation controls and IT systems (M2K, ECO/ECN, CAD, PDM).
Collaborate with sales/marketing to shape market-driven technology roadmaps.
Oversee BOM creation and component selection to derisk supply chain.
Travel 10–15% as required.
