The Global Engagement Manager supports The Community Solution Education System’s mission of preparing innovative, engaged, purposeful agents of change who serve our global community. Responsibilities include coordination, promotion and facilitation of a diverse range of recruitment strategies and engagement initiatives to drive international student enrollments. The Global Engagement Manager ensures prospective international students progress smoothly through the recruitment process, from lead generation to inquiry management and application completion, including generating leads, participating in conversion activities, working with recruitment partners, and other channels to achieve international student goals across the System colleges and universities.

The Global Engagement Manager ensures prospective international students progress smoothly through the recruitment process, from lead generation to inquiry management and application completion, including generating leads, participating in conversion activities, working with recruitment partners, and other channels to achieve international student goals across the System colleges and universities.
The ideal candidate must be located in / near Toronto, Ontario.
As direct supervisor, the Director, Partnership Development will provide daily direction and performance feedback. Payroll and HR functions will be managed by an external employer of record.
The position focuses on the System's priority regions, with frequent travel, nationally and globally, up to 50% annually.
