Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Financial Analyst to join FP&A within the Store Development organization. You will perform financial planning, modeling for new stores, pop-ups, renovations, and relocations, and deliver ROI and cash flow insights.

This role reports to the FP&A Manager, requires 3+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel, and experience in retail. The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote setup and a comprehensive benefits package in Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Retail industry experience is an asset.
• Expert knowledge of Excel is required; Oracle Hyperion is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial planning and analysis for the Store Development organization.
• Pro form a P&L analysis for new store openings, pop-ups, renovations, relocations.
• Provide ROI and cash flow analyses for future real estate projects.
• Deliver real estate performance analytics to drive business decisions.

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. Core Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, the Financial Analyst is responsible for the execution of financial planning and analysis activities for the Store Development organization
• Act as a key strategic partner to the Store Development team, completing analysis and modeling pro-forma P&Ls for new store openings, pop-up stores, renovations, and relocations. Provides ROI and cash flow analysis for evaluation of future real estate projects
• Delivers real estate performance analytics to drive future business decisions
• Ownership of current and long term depreciation and capital forecasts, including budgeting and variance analysis
• Create and maintain complex financial models
• Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline processes and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast paced business environments. Retail industry experience an asset.
• Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion an asset.
• Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
• Ability to work with a large amount of detail without losing sight of the big picture.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $71,400–$107,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
