We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and execute a best-in-class digital experience across all global markets. The Global Digital Brand Experience Manager role will lead the development of scalable, customer-centric digital strategies that enhance brand engagement and deliver measurable business impact. Partnering closely with cross-functional and regional teams, the role ensures brand consistency across all digital touchpoints—including websites, mobile platforms, social media, and CRM—while optimizing for local relevance.
This individual will lead the global management of brand websites, ensuring excellence in user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and regulatory compliance. They will also leverage first-party data, digital tools, and CRM platforms to deliver personalized, insight-driven experiences. By extracting actionable insights from analytics platforms and staying ahead of emerging trends, the role will continuously identify opportunities to innovate and evolve Champion Petfoods' global digital ecosystem.
