Summary

At Champion Pet Foods, we are on an exciting Global Digital Transformation Journey. We seek a strategic leader to shape and execute a best-in-class digital experience across all global markets. The Global Digital Brand Experience Manager will lead the development of scalable, customer-centric digital strategies that enhance brand engagement and deliver measurable business impact. This role involves partnering with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints—including websites, mobile platforms, social media, and CRM—while optimizing for local relevance.

This individual will oversee global management of brand websites, ensuring excellence in UX, SEO, and regulatory compliance. They will leverage first-party data, digital tools, and CRM platforms to deliver personalized, insight-driven experiences. By analyzing data and staying ahead of emerging trends, they will identify opportunities to innovate and evolve Champion Petfoods' digital ecosystem.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of global digital experience strategies supporting the Digital Transformation Roadmap.
  2. Oversee the strategic development and operational management of global brand websites, ensuring optimal UX, SEO, content relevance, and governance across markets.
  3. Develop a first-party data strategy and CRM roadmap to deepen consumer relationships, enable personalization, and support audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
  4. Lead the creation and optimization of digital campaigns, content, and assets to support brand goals and ensure a unified brand identity.
  5. Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to support collaboration and information sharing.
  6. Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess performance, gather insights, and optimize digital experiences.
  7. Monitor emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities that enhance the digital brand experience globally.
  8. Foster a collaborative, curious, and creative team culture, promoting a growth mindset within Champion and the broader Mars Pet Nutrition Digital community.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or UX/UI design focused on digital platforms.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital brand experiences, from strategy to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects, managing cross-time-zone stakeholders, and prioritizing impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and respect cultural nuances.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail and a drive for innovation.
  • Results-oriented, proficient in web analytics, CRM data (1P/2P), A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms such as CMS, CRM, analytics tools, social media management, and marketing automation.

What You Can Expect from Champion

  • Salary & Benefits: US: $80,000-$110,000 USD annually, bonus eligibility, 401k with company matching. Canada: $90,000-$120,000 CAD annually, bonus eligibility, RRSP with company matching.
