The Global Digital Brand Experience Manager will lead the development of scalable, customer-centric digital strategies that enhance brand engagement and deliver measurable business impact. This role involves partnering with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints—including websites, mobile platforms, social media, and CRM—while optimizing for local relevance.
This individual will oversee global management of brand websites, ensuring excellence in UX, SEO, and regulatory compliance. They will leverage first-party data, digital tools, and CRM platforms to deliver personalized, insight-driven experiences. By analyzing data and staying ahead of emerging trends, they will identify opportunities to innovate and evolve Champion Petfoods' digital ecosystem.
