About People & Organizational Growth
Roche's People & Culture organization includes six chapters, one of which is People & Organizational Growth. The P&OG Chapter enables dynamic organizations, empowers leaders, and fosters self-authoring growth by focusing on organization design, leadership development, people development, and diversity & inclusion. P&OG is organized into three Areas of Practice.
The Global Design & Curation Area provides expertise to design and curate impactful, sustainable learning experiences supporting agile ways of working and Roche’s 2030 ambitions.
The Opportunity:
As a Global Design Expert for Leadership & People Development, you will translate business strategies into innovative learning experiences, including leadership programs and performance practices, integrating technology, systems, and tools to support growth.
You will lead or participate in cross-cultural, agile teams, designing solutions aligned with strategic and cultural needs, ensuring excellent learning experiences. You will act in accordance with development strategies, involving stakeholders throughout the process.
Contribute to global harmonization of learning practices aligned with Roche’s 2030 goals.
Seek innovation, inspiration, and value creation, staying updated on trends and experimenting with new learning methods.
Design and curate global learning experiences for various segments, including leadership development programs and digital platforms.
Lead initiatives across expertise areas, making them accessible and impactful for diverse audiences.
Act as a thought leader in leadership and people development, participating in and leading teams to deliver prioritized work.
Apply design thinking, including needs analysis, content design, testing, and metrics, from an end-to-end perspective.
Build internal and external relationships with stakeholders, partners, and industry peers.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Project Management, or related fields.
At least 7+ years of L&D project management experience in a global corporate environment.
Extensive experience in Human Resources and Learning Services delivery.
Proven experience across diverse business, cultural, and geographic contexts.
Expertise in developing leadership and people development strategies.
Deep knowledge as a design lead for development experiences, especially for senior leadership audiences.
Strong understanding of agile principles and instructional design.
