Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a senior global delivery leader to establish and lead the program office for the Global Data Retention Management Program in Toronto. The role coordinates enterprise efforts to identify, secure, classify and remediate data using a global framework and risk-based approach.

The successful candidate will manage a team of project managers and workstream leads, engaging senior business and technology leaders to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large, complex enterprise programs, including global or multi-business transformation.
• Experience building and running a program office with project managers, workstreams and sponsors.
• Strong governance, planning, RAID, executive reporting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated delivery across discovery, planning, execution and transition to business-as-usual controls.
• Establish and run the program management office with integrated roadmap and master schedule.
• Design program governance with steering and working-team forums and clear decision rights.
• Lead multiple project managers and delivery partners; drive timely decisions and removal of barriers.
• Develop executive reporting covering progress, milestones, risks and financials.
• Create stakeholder plans for global, federated delivery; align with business groups.
