Job description

We are seeking a Global BRP Ride Coordinator, reporting to the Team Leader, Global HR Services - Canada, to oversee the BRP Global Ride program. This program offers managers worldwide access to BRP recreational vehicles, fostering product ambassadors and positive experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the global management of the BRP Ride program operations.
  2. Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries with dealers.
  3. Maintain the program and oversee Ride BRP inventory, ensuring vehicle compliance with international laws, including insurance, registration, self-certification, taxable benefits, and trail passes.
  4. Provide high-quality customer service by responding to requests from employees, managers, and dealers.
  5. Continuously improve processes and participant experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma of college studies (DCS), bachelor's degree in administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulousness, structured approach, and operational autonomy.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, essential for collaborating globally.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.

The position can be based in Montreal, Valcourt, or Sherbrooke.
