What You Can Expect
- Analysis of Performance: Collaborate with Business Unit Controlling teams to prepare monthly analysis highlighting key business development, trends, and outlook of financial performance, enhancing reporting and forecasting accuracy based on big data.
- KPI Preparation: Prepare an overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) to explain the value drivers of the division's financial and operational performance.
- Reporting for the Division PM: Responsible for the monthly reporting of PM results to division management, the BASF Global Executive Team, Ressort Head, and liaise with Corporate Finance and Investor Relations units.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to improve PM's reporting landscape across platforms, harnessing AI capabilities, and ensuring reports align with internal requirements.
- Excellence in Analysis: Continuously improve operational performance analysis and evaluate new concepts for forecast accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting Compliance Checks: Regularly verify compliance with reporting guidelines and follow up on critical aspects.
- Project Management: Work with Controlling Services at the Hubs to streamline reporting processes, aligning requirements and coordinating activities.
- Risk Management: Manage the Risk Management process, including preparations and alignments with Business Units Leadership.
What You Offer
