Job summary

Thermon is seeking a Compliance Engineer to join our R&D team and lead the planning, execution and maintenance of product and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to support global decarbonization and digitization through advanced electric heating solutions.

• 5+ years in certification and compliance with labs
• Familiar with CSA, UL, ETL, and CE processes
• Strong project management, risk assessment
• Ownership and independent task drive
• Proactive follow-up mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end certification activities (CSA, UL, ETL) from planning to approval
• Coordinate testing with external labs and bodies
• Ensure regulatory compliance across lifecycle
• Prepare technical docs for certification
• Support audits and corrective actions
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting products
• Collaborate with production and PM teams on inspections
• Maintain certification records and actions
