Job summary

Equisoft, a global provider of digital solutions for insurance and investments, seeks a Global Delivery Manager (IT-SaaS) to lead end-to-end carrier engagements and delivery across four product lines: Apply, Sync, Illustrate and Amplify.

You will manage a delivery pod, coordinate with PMOs worldwide, support sales on pricing and scheduling, and ensure standardized deployments, capacity planning, RAID governance, and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or IT or college diploma with 3+ years in IT/delivery.
• 3+ years project/delivery management + 5+ years in software IT field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS full life cycle management projects.
• Working experience with Jira for project and delivery tracking.
• Experience with allocation, resource-planning, or capacity-management software.
• Experience defining or tracking KPIs for billability, performance, and resource allocation.
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong IT literacy with data mapping, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Delivered several projects of varying sizes and budgets.
• Customer focus mindset.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Excellent knowledge French or English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain status reports for Apply, Sync, Illustrate, and Amplify projects in Jira and other channels.
• Oversee simultaneous delivery of multiple carrier implementations and product upgrades.
• Develop a project blueprint per product with PMOs, standardizing deployments.
• Support sales from pricing and scheduling perspective on new engagements.
• Organize project initiation from sales handoff through kickoff and delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries with other Equisoft services teams and carrier stakeholders.
• Own capacity planning and resource-allocation for the pod.
• Maintain RAID logs and inform stakeholders on status, risks and mitigations.
• Ensure proper processes for product service, changes, and UAT across product lines.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and elevate to leadership.
• Participate in initiatives spanning data mapping, API integrations, middleware upgrades, and data migrations.

Role

The Global Delivery Manager (IT- SaaS), reporting to the Senior Global Delivery Manager and works closely with Project Manager and Product Owner. The incumbent manages end-to-end execution of concurrent carrier engagements, ensuring efficient resource allocation, standardized delivery frameworks, and seamless deployments. The role drives operational efficiency and consistency across the product suite, enabling scalable growth and a strong customer experience. Leading a core delivery pod specialized across these four products: Apply (eApp/AppCapture), Sync (Portal), Illustrate, and Amplify — for a portfolio of insurance carrier clients.

Your Day with Equisoft:

• Maintain a portfolio of Apply, Sync, Illustrate, and Amplify projects and provide regular status through Jira and other communication channels.
• Oversee simultaneous delivery of multiple fast-paced carrier implementations and product upgrades.
• Develop a project implementation blueprint per product, in collaboration with global and regional PMOs, standardizing future deployments across the product suite.
• Support sales from a pricing and scheduling standpoint on new carrier engagements.
• Organize project initiation from sales handoff through team assignment, kickoff, and delivery.
• Coordinate deliveries with other Equisoft services teams and carrier stakeholders, navigating the integrations, middleware, and technical complexity these projects typically involve.
• Own capacity planning and resource-allocation processes for the pod, balancing team capacity against carrier commitments.
• Maintain RAID logs and keep stakeholders informed on delivery status, risks, mitigations, and dependencies.
• Ensure proper process is followed for product service, change requests, and UAT restructuring across all four product lines.
• Identify, raise, and mitigate delivery risks across the pod and elevate to Global Delivery leadership.
• Participate in key initiatives spanning the product suite — data mapping, API integrations, middleware upgrades, compliance investigations, and data migrations.

Requirements

Technical

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of project/delivery management experience and an additional 5 years of experience in a software IT field.
• Experience managing or implementing B2B SaaS software & full life cycle management projects
• Working experience with Jira for project and delivery tracking.
• Experience with allocation, resource-planning, or capacity-management software in some capacity (any platform).
• Experience defining or tracking KPIs for billability, performance, and resource allocation.
• Comfortable working with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Strong general IT/systems literacy — comfortable with data mapping, APIs, and middleware on projects with significant integrations and internal technical complexity.
• Successfully delivered several different projects and initiatives of varying sizes, complexities, and budgets.
• Customer focus mindset.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Excellent knowledge French or English (spoken and written)
