Ubisoft Montreal is seeking a Senior Community Developer to lead global community strategies, driving player engagement across our games and experiences. You will coordinate with international teams to craft content, events, and feedback loops that strengthen retention and trust with players worldwide.

The role requires deep knowledge of communities, strong storytelling, and the ability to partner with production, marketing, and live operations to translate player insights into improvements.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing online communities with demonstrable success.
• Experience in the gaming industry across platforms and genres (AAA a plus).
• Ability to collaborate across studios and production teams to align community strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global community strategies and content plans.
• Coordinate messaging with multiple global departments for consistent communications.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and partners to create compelling player content.
• Act as a spokesperson for the brand and coordinate community events.
• Define KPIs and report on community performance and ROI.
• Shape player feedback cycles to influence game experiences and messaging.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support department objectives.
