Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Global Project Manager/CPM to lead clinical trial programs from start-up to close-out. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure study quality and timelines, and act as primary client contact for assigned projects.

The role requires a life science degree or related certification, at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, and oncology experience with travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or related allied health certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience including demonstrated skills in clinical project management.
• Experience working with Oncology studies is required for this role.
• Ability to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start up through close out activities.
• Define and manage project resource needs and establish contingency plans for key resources.
• Ensure successful design, implementation, tracking and revision of project plans for assigned projects.
• Works to ensure that all project deliverables meet the customer’s time/quality/cost expectations.
• Meet financial performance targets for the assigned clinical projects.
• Can be key client contact for assigned projects.

Education

University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution

Minimum of three (3) years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience

Experience working with Oncology studies

Ability to travel when needed

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to chair meetings and participate in bid defenses

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Interpersonal and negotiation skills
