Job summary

Marks, part of Propelis Group, is seeking a proactive Resource Manager to lead weekly resource planning across a global production team. Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of weekly resource planning processes across a global team.
• Centralise, forecast, organise and allocate all resource requests from the production team.
• Identify skills, maximise availability and utilisation for in-house talent.
• Pencil all studio resource requests from producers well in advance.
• Confirm bookings with discipline leads weekly in advance.
• Forecast, source, onboard and book freelance resources when needed.
