Job summary

Decibel Cannabis Company is seeking an International Sales Operations Manager to coordinate export activities and manage global distributor relationships. You will oversee demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and supply alignment across regulated markets while partnering with production, QA, and Regulatory teams.

You will act as the central point for cross-functional execution, ensuring timely export commitments and competitive, compliant international sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Experience with distributors, B2B customers, and suppliers.
• Regulated industries experience such as cannabis or pharma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international account management with distributors and suppliers.
• Develop international sales forecasts and demand plans across export markets.
• Align supply with international demand and manage export inventory.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for export readiness.
