Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) is seeking a Product Developer to lead end-to-end sourcing across designated product categories. You will work with our internal China and Korea teams to identify suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure quality meets client requirements.

You will collaborate with PM & Sales to understand pricing targets, requirements, and timelines, shaping product visions aligned with IBG Lab’s capabilities and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product sourcing, category management, or cost analysis within beauty, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Strong costing, negotiations, and supplier evaluation skills.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems, Excel, and collaborative design tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across designated product categories, from concept to purchase.
• Interpret briefs and translate them into detailed product specifications for supplier development.
• Partner with PM & Sales to understand client needs, pricing targets, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with global supplier base with our internal China and Korea teams to optimise cost, quality, and timelines.
• Lead product development initiatives within IBG Lab and present strategic recommendations.
