Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Managers on RFXs, contract reviews and other supply chain initiatives. You will support client account groups with interviews, financial analysis and proposal modeling using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, development of sourcing strategies, and supplier performance measurement. You will lead end-to-end bids, negotiate with suppliers and report on category outcomes while working

Qualifications

• University graduation; 3–5 years in strategic sourcing.
• Ability to develop and execute category management strategies.
• Strong MS Office and advanced analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing Managers on sourcing projects.
• Leads RFXs, contract management reviews and supplier negotiations.
• Develops sourcing strategies to maximize value and mitigate risks.
• Measures supplier performance and manages supplier relationships.
• Prepares reports and supports monthly requirements.
