Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is a family-owned leader in collision repair, serving communities since 1973, now expanding with a focus on EV readiness and sustainable practices. We are hiring an Autoglass Technician to join a skilled team delivering quality, safety, and customer care in Abbotsford, BC.

The role emphasizes hands-on windshield replacement, auto glass repair, and ADAS calibration, with training provided for EVs and sensor systems.

Qualifications

• Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass.
• ADAS calibration experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of auto glass repair methods, tools and materials.
• Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed).
• Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS and sensor-integrated glass systems.
• Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development.
• Excellent work references.
• Valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass
• Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred)
• ADAS calibration experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials
• Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed)
